The 23-year-old’s Wilshire- Born Dermot Henry’s debut album Bad Throw, Good Catch showcases the intimate, lived in quality of his songs and his good-humoured embrace of life’s many imperfections; not only a great musician but a compelling songwriter whose lyrics snag your ear and tilt your perspective on the world.
The album was recorded live straight to tape with his band and produced by Dom Monks, (whose recent credits include Big Thief, Michael Kiwanuka, Laura Marling )at his studio in Frome, just a 15-minute drive from the house where Dermot grew up.
